Tá R7 ag foghlaim fá bia an téarma seo. D'fhiosraigh muid bia próiseáilte agus an méid comhábhar atá istigh iontu. Shocraigh muid ar smailc nach bhfuil ach 2 chomhábhar ann a dhéanamh le plúr agus iógart.

The R7 pupils are learning about food this term. We investigated processed foods and the large number ingredients. We decided that we could make healthier choices by making our own flatbread with only two ingredients, flour and yogurt.
