Tá R7 ag foghlaim fá bia an téarma seo. D'fhiosraigh muid bia próiseáilte agus an méid comhábhar atá istigh iontu. shocraigh muid ar smailc nach bhfuil ach 2 chomhábhar ann, plúr agus iógart.

The R7 pupils are learning about food this term. We investigated processed foods and the large number ingredients. We decide we could make healthier choices by making our own flatbread with only two ingredients, flour and yogurt.
