Tháinig Paula altra chuig an Naíscoil agus d'éist sí le preabadh croí s'againn. Dúirt sí linn torthaí agus glasraí a ithe agus dhul a luí go luath le bheith láidir agus sláintiúil.

Paula the midwife came to school and listened to our hearts. She told us to eat fruit and vegetables and to go to bed early to stay strong and healthy.
